Make your own label sheet.
Type your labels, one per line. You get a print-ready sheet to run on adhesive stock and cut with a ruler and a knife.
The border is not a line to cut along — it is a band shared between two neighbours, and you cut down the middle of it. Hand cutting is accurate to about a millimetre, so a thin outline shows that error on every edge. A shared band absorbs it: both labels come away edged on all four sides, one just slightly fatter than the other.
300dpi, US Letter, 100% in-browser. Print at 100% on adhesive stock — photo shops sell it by the sheet with no minimum order. Ticks in the margins line your ruler up; cut edge to edge, not one rectangle at a time.
